Thanks for checking out Mel's Art Buffet - featuring original handcrafted jewelry & gifts. Every piece of jewelry & art is made in my home studio with the help of my four legged assistant, Cash. He stands faithfully by my side to make sure I uphold the highest standard of quality & once he gives his paw of approval, I offer the items to you.
I am self diagnosed with AADD – Artistic Attention Deficit Disorder. For as long as I can remember I've had three or four projects in process, ranging in subject matter, scrambling to finish at least one. My current passion is jewelry, specifically creating with seed beads. I am self taught & always anticipate learning new techniques that will lead to a world of possibilities. This shop has been a long time dream that has finally taken life. It is & will be a work in progress. And as soon as I learn how to create more hours in the day, I will be expanding beyond jewelry and bringing my other loves to the store. Look for: scarfs, switch plate covers, wall hangings, mosaics, handmade bowls, and whatever new fancy comes.....
